Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Greet patient and check in/out; verify demographics and insurance in IDX.
• Collect co-pays and follow cash handling policies.
• Schedule appointments and verify visit type and provider.
• Maintain waiting room cleanliness and communicate with patients.
• Work with back-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Resolve service issues and escalate to management or clinical staff.
• Assist coworkers and float to other areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
