Upperline Health is seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinator for our Huron, OH clinic. You will perform front desk receptionist duties, greet patients warmly, and ensure accurate check-in and timely appointment readiness.

The role supports physicians in delivering complex health services within a patient-centered, value-based care model. Ideal candidates bring healthcare front-office experience, strong communication, and a patient-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience as a front-office receptionist or assisting in a healthcare clinic or customer service.
• Medical billing and coding experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working in an EMR (AthenaHealth preferred).
• Effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, professional customer service orientation.
• Stable work history and reliable team member in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation; ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: greet patients, answer phones, collect information, keep entrance organized.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Keep on-time schedules by notifying physicians upon patient arrival.
• Retrieve and file patient records as needed; maintain confidentiality.
