Upperline Health is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in the Dayton, OH clinic to support physicians with front desk duties and patient flow. You will greet patients, check them in, schedule appointments, and ensure timely arrivals for visits.

Qualifications

• Front-office receptionist or healthcare clinic experience.
• Medical billing and coding experience preferred.
• Experience using EMR systems; Athenahealth preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, professional demeanor with patients.
• Stable work history and reliable team member.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: greet patients, answer calls, obtain patient information, keep entrance area organized.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Maintain on-time schedules by notifying physicians when patients arrive.
• Retrieve and file patient records in EMR as needed.
• Collect payments from patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scanning documents into EMR.
