Qualifications

• Experience as a front-office receptionist or in a healthcare clinic.
• Preference for podiatric or orthopedic background.
• Medical billing and coding experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably Athenahealth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, professional customer service demeanor.
• Stable work history and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk receptionist duties: greet patients, answer calls, collect required information, keep entrance organized.
• Assist patients with scheduling appointments.
• Maintain on-time schedules by notifying physicians upon patient arrival.
