Job summary

Upperline Health is seeking an energetic Patient Care Coordinator at the Greenwood, IN clinic (with travel to Carmel, West, Columbus clinics) to assist physicians in delivering complex health services and ensuring timely check-ins.

You will handle front desk duties, appointment scheduling, EMR data entry in Athenahealth, payment collection, and maintain patient records while upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare front desk role and patient scheduling.
• Ability to greet patients professionally and manage check-in efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication with grammar.
• Customer-service oriented demeanor in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Direct front desk receptionist duties including greeting patients and check-in.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with physicians.
• Maintain patient records and EMR data entry.
