The PCC-I will collaborate with the Clinic Director, greet patients, schedule referrals, verify insurance, and maintain an inviting, organized front desk. This full-time role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail; on-site hours are Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
