Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and manages wait time.
• Check-in/out tasks including insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Collects co-pays/coinsurance and issues receipts.
• Manage cashier box and daily deposits.
• Process walk-in patients and visitors.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Handle medical records and ensure proper filing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staff.
