Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to support clinic growth in Charleston, SC. You will manage patient intake, verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain a welcoming front office while coordinating with the Clinic Director.

The role is full-time and involves daily administrative duties, scheduling, and customer service in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented office role supporting clinic operations.
• Ability to multitask across computer programs and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at time of service and schedule patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with patient intake.
• Maintain an inviting front desk atmosphere and support the Clinic Director.
• Handle non-clinical documentation and deposits as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and patient communications.
