Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Holly Springs, NC. This entry-level office role focuses on maintaining smooth daily clinic operations and delivering excellent customer service to patients.

As PCC-I, you will support the Clinic Director, convert referrals into evaluations, schedule visits, verify insurance, collect payments, and help create an inviting front-office environment while learning the practice

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong presentation skills and time management.

Mansioni

Collect all money due at the time of service.
Convert referrals into evaluations.
Schedule patient visits.
Provide superior customer service.
Create and maintain an inviting clinic atmosphere.
Make welcome calls and manage arrival flow.
Oversee scheduling, document routing, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and insurance reporting.
Monitor clinic inventory and participate in training and compliance.
