Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Memphis, TN clinic. This entry-level role focuses on welcoming patients, managing referrals, scheduling visits, verifying insurance, and handling payments to keep the front office running smoothly.

You'll work with the Clinic Director to support clinic growth and ensure excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front-desk interactions.
• Schedule referrals and patient visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients.
• Collect payments and document transactions.
• Maintain an orderly front office and support clinic operations.
• Assist with non-clinical duties as assigned.
