OrthoLazer Orthopedic Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the friendly face guiding patients through their care journey, from initial contact to follow-up. The role combines patient education, engagement, and efficient office operations to ensure a smooth experience.

You will educate patients on laser therapy, manage multi‑line communications, coordinate scheduling, and support payments, contributing to a high‑quality, service‑driven clinic flow.

Qualifikationen

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role.
• Basic understanding of healthcare workflows.
• Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience handling high-volume interactions with attention to detail and service excellence.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact, delivering a warm, professional experience for every patient.
• Build rapport with patients to foster trust in their care journey.
• Educate patients on laser therapy, treatment expectations, and benefits.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications via phone, text, and email.
• Coordinate and optimize patient scheduling to support clinic flow and technician productivity.
• Maintain a clean, organized front office environment.
• Assist with patient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Process patient payments and support daily financial reconciliation.
