Job summary

WAVE Physical Therapy & Pilates in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to deliver warm, clear, and confident interactions, guiding callers from first contact through scheduling and ongoing care.

You’ll manage new patient conversions, verify insurance, discuss payments, and maintain accurate records while keeping the front desk calm and organized in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of front desk, PCC, or healthcare admin experience.
• Warmth, empathy, and confident communication.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations.
• Verify benefits, obtain authorizations, and discuss costs clearly.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR and Google Workspace.
• Create a calm, welcoming front desk experience and reduce cancellations.
