The Worx Physical Therapy in Logan, UT is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our outpatient clinic. You will welcome patients, handle intake, schedule appointments, verify benefits, and support therapists to maintain smooth clinic flow.

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome patients, verify information and assist with check-in and intake.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate therapist calendars and daily clinic flow.
• Verify insurance benefits, collect payments and assist with basic billing questions.
• Maintain patient records and update EMR system.
• Keep the reception area organized and professional.
• Collaborate with therapists and assistants to support patient care.
