Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients, families, team members and clinicians.
• Provide instructions to patients for visits and collect copays.
• Review patient charts for data entry accuracy.
• Support efficient clinic workflow and timely calls to patients/referral sources.
• Familiarity with outpatient rehabilitation/medical terminology.
