Qualifications

• Experience in front-office, customer service, or healthcare clinic role preferred.
• Prior podiatric or orthopedic practice experience preferred.
• Medical billing and coding experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk representative; answer phones and greet patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient check-in and information collection.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Maintain on-time clinic flow by notifying providers of arrivals.
• Manage EMR records in athenahealth.
• Collect patient payments and assist with billing questions.
• Support clinic operations and travel to nearby clinics when needed.
