Great Wall Chinese Medicine in Scottsdale and Chandler seeks a dependable Patient Care Coordinator to support patients, providers, and clinic flow. This role combines front desk and back-office duties to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will multitask in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and grow with the clinic. Starting pay is $19/hour plus commission, with potential for advancement after training.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Reception: greet patients, check in/out, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments, monitor schedule, manage cancellations.
• Patient Care & Back Office: assist with intake, prepare treatment rooms, assist patients, support providers, monitor patient flow.
• Products & Patient Education: educate about memberships and products, assist with herb/CBD product purchases, follow provider recommendations.
