Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in front desk, medical receptionist, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage therapists' schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interactions.
• Keep front desk and waiting area organized and welcoming.
• Assist with medical record updates and administrative tasks.
