Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a friendly, organized Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk/Medical Receptionist) for our Caldwell outpatient clinic. You will handle scheduling and payment collection, ensuring a welcoming, efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out.

We offer complete training and mentorship, making it suitable for experienced front office staff or those new to healthcare.

Qualifications

• Front desk/medical receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules using scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction.
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming.
• Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed.
