Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is seeking a friendly Patient Care Coordinator to join our Clinton clinic. In this role you’ll handle front desk duties, schedule patients, collect payments, and ensure a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Training will be provided to help you grow in healthcare. You’ll work Monday through Friday during clinic hours, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance in medical administration as you learn the systems and processes that

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Friendly, professional communication.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; create a friendly, professional first impression.
• Manage provider schedules with scheduling software.
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments.
• Answer phones and respond to emails with great service.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Keep front desk and waiting area organized and welcoming.
• Assist with admin tasks and update patient information.
