Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join the front office and help grow the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, guiding welcoming interaction and efficient scheduling.

The PCC-I will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, collect payments, and manage non-clinical documentation while delivering exceptional customer service in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
