BenchMark Physical Therapy in Madisonville, TN is seeking a Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient patient intake and practice management. The role collaborates with the Clinic Director to execute smooth daily operations and uphold Upstream Rehabilitation standards.

The PCC-I will handle referrals, scheduling, insurance verifications, and front-office tasks while contributing to a welcoming patient experience and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs each day.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, documents, overtime, non-clinical documentation, deposits, and reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory and participate in trainings.
