Therapy in Motion is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our Oklahoma City clinic. This entry-level role focuses on efficient clinic operations, welcoming patients, verifying insurance, scheduling referrals, and maintaining a positive patient experience.

The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to support clinic growth and ensure smooth daily procedures, with responsibilities spanning front desk duties, patient intake, and non-clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make all welcome calls.
• Monitor and influence arrival rate through a great customer experience.
• Manage schedule efficiently.
• Manage document routing.
• Manage deposits.
• Manage caseload, D/C candidate, progress note, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance training.
