Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Fayetteville, NC. This entry-level role focuses on smooth front-office operations, patient intake, and outstanding customer service to ensure a welcoming clinic environment.

You will handle scheduling, referrals, insurance verifications, and payments while supporting clinic growth and collaboration with the Clinic Director. This position is full-time with typical office hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and staff.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments at time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and manage deposits.
• Maintain an organized front office and provide exceptional customer service.
• Create inviting clinic atmosphere and welcome callers, improving arrival rate.
• Manage schedules, documents, and non-clinical paperwork as assigned.
• Support clinic operations and training under supervision.
