Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Capable of working with limited supervision as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule visits.
• Verify insurance coverage for patients and collect payments.
• Maintain an inviting, organized front office workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcome calls.
• Manage schedules, documents, deposits and non-clinical tasks.
• Monitor arrival rates and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic director with efficient practice management.
