The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, accurate data entry, and collaboration with back-office staff to maintain smooth patient flow. Monday–Friday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, onsite at 10105 Banburry Ave, Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service experience with strong communication skills in person.
• 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all patients and visitors.
• Greets patients on arrival and manages wait times.
• Complete check-in/check-out tasks including insurance verification.
• Collects co-pays and issues receipts.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain and file medical records and ensure logs are up to date.
• Answer phones and direct calls, take messages as needed.
• Ensure waiting room cleanliness and inform patients of delays.
