Responsibilities

• Assist patients with iPad check-in and troubleshoot when needed.
• Identify language service needs and coordinate accordingly.
• Distribute films/CDs while maintaining HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Collaborate with technologists and radiologists to ensure patient flow.
• Process mail, prepare next day’s schedule, and input data accurately.
• Respond to scheduling emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
• Support customer care with equipment usage and waitlists.
