Facilitates communications to support patient care via multi-line phone, paging, and EMR systems.
Maintains EMR knowledge; processes daily charges and related procedures.
Prepares chart forms for admissions, transfers, discharges, and expirations; handles medical records transfers.
Verifies patient demographics and registration accuracy in medical records.
Establishes positive patient relations and supports a harmonious work environment.
Delivers age-appropriate patient care and applies age-specific policies.
