Advocate Health is seeking a Full Time Unit Clerk for Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital's Med Surg unit (IU 3 North Orthopedics). The role coordinates tests and treatments, handles calls, and maintains EMR documentation to ensure smooth patient flow.

Candidates need a high school diploma or GED/HSED and basic computer skills. Weekend and holiday coverage is required; day shift from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, 36 hours per week with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates tests and treatments between departments to schedule tests and treatments.
• Facilitates patient care communications via multi-line phone, paging, and hospital info system.
