Humana Inc., CenterWell Home Health in Tampa, FL is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to schedule visits and coordinate care among patients, field staff, and physicians. The role supports day-to-day office operations and ensures timely reassignment of visits.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of home health experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Benefits are included with a 40-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of people.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments.
• At least 1 year of home health experience; packet review/QI experience preferred.
• Coding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule discharge, OASIS collection, or recert visits after case conferences.
• Reschedule declined or missed visits and reassign as needed.
• Manage and update schedules, including staff shifts and nurse visits.
• Prepare weekly agent schedules and run scheduling reports.
• Refer clinical questions to the Branch Director and assist with on-call rotations.
