Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of prior experience in a medical or office setting preferred.
• No license, registration, or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide courteous, professional assistance.
• Answer calls, screen and direct, and record messages accurately.
• Create and coordinate schedules and assist with departmental organization.
• Support meetings and event planning; take notes/minutes as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication among patients, families, physicians, leadership, and staff.
