Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Sunnyside clinic in Queens. You will welcome patients, respond to calls and emails promptly, and guide patients through the out-of-network experience while delivering 5-star customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the clinic and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Answer and return calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours when possible.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience and assist with scheduling.
• Support patient care by maintaining smooth clinic flow and providing 5-star customer service.
