Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified Care Coordinator for our Sunnyside clinic in Queens. You will welcome patients, respond to calls and emails promptly, and guide patients through the out-of-network experience while maintaining exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Hospitable, welcoming, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail with willingness to grow.
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls and emails within 2 hours and within 24 hours.
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience.
• Greet patients entering the clinic with a smile and provide 5-star customer service.
• Support team with care coordination and patient flow.
