Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with courtesy and respect.
• Check patients in/out upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain patient data confidentiality.
• Update and file patient records.
• Request and follow up on patient records.
• Forward medical records to physicians.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Verify insurance information and collect payments.
• Scan data into NextGen EMR.
• Assist clinical staff with patient check-in.
• Answer calls and confirm appointments.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.
