Job summary

Starkey Retail is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Kingston clinic. You will welcome patients, manage the front office, schedule appointments, and oversee patient accounts, records, and communications. You’ll help drive retention and support events, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a positive patient journey.

The role emphasizes professional front-office interactions, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with the Clinic Team to deliver excellent care and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient with common computer systems and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Receive patients and manage front-office operations following company standards.
• Provide a concierge-level experience, greet patients, and manage check-in processes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter outcomes within 24 hours.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits, and inventory under SOPs.
• Support patient education, marketing outreach, and event participation.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and organize patient records securely.
