Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365, or similar systems.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and follow reception protocol.
• Answer phones with standard greeting and script.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; enter outcomes and follow ups.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits and inventory.
• Maintain patient records and assist with education and events.
• Lead Morning Huddle and support clinic team.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
• Support patient outreach and retention activities.
