Job summary

Starkey Retail is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to guide patients through the hearing care journey. You will deliver a professional front office experience, manage scheduling and patient accounts, and support retention initiatives within the clinic team.

Responsibilities span greeting patients, coordinating appointments, handling patient records, and assisting in events and education efforts while maintaining HIPAA compliance and office organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with clinic software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive patients, manage front desk flow and phones.
• Lead clinic morning huddle and ensure accurate patient intake.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; document outcomes within 24 hours.
• Manage patient accounts, deposits, and inventory in PMS.
• Support patient education and attend special events.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and office organization.
