Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is hiring a Dispensary Patient Consultant in Scranton, PA to provide concierge-level service, guide tours, and assist patients with product selection while processing transactions in a compliant retail setting.

You will maintain knowledge of patient benefits, promotions, and loyalty programs, while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Strong computer skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years’ experience in retail customer service.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering or directing questions and concerns.
• Lead tours of sales floor within the store, making product recommendations based on product research.
• Retain knowledge of patient benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions, encouraging memberships for medical guests.
• Abide by product handling procedures, safety and health policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking items, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Operate cash register, POS system, and cash drawer.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales and compliance goals within timelines.
• All other duties as assigned.
