Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in Ardmore, PA is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and assist patients through their shopping experience.

The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and compliance with company policies and regulations. Responsibilities include leading tours of the sales floor, promoting products, handling cash and POS tasks, maintaining store cleanliness, and working with the team to meet sales and compliance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations.
• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons
• Operate cash register and POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of store, stock items
• Work with team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals
• All other duties as assigned
