Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. is seeking a Dispensary Patient Consultant to deliver concierge-level service and drive sales in our retail location. You will assist patrons, guide product selections, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The role requires strong customer service experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and travel is occasional.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail.
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding, accurate customer service to patrons by answering questions or directing them as needed.
• Lead tours of sales floor and make product recommendations based on product knowledge when available.
• Maintain knowledge of patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons and promotions; encourage memberships.
• Adhere to safety, health, and regulatory policies; follow company policy and regulations.
• Operate POS system and cash drawer; handle transactions accurately.
• Keep store clean and stocked; perform stocking, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
• Work as part of a team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.
• All other duties as assigned.
