Qualifications

• High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with customer service in retail
• Excellent computer, mathematical, language and reasoning skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Excellent multi-tasking skills over the phone and in person
• Occasionally requires local travel, as needed

Responsibilities

• Adhere to mission and values with professionalism
• Provide outstanding customer service and direct questions appropriately
• Lead store floor tours and make product recommendations
• Explain patient benefits, discounts, promotions, and memberships
• Follow product handling procedures and health/safety policies
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock shelves

• Collaborate with team to meet sales and compliance goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
