Qualifications

• Typing speed of 50+ WPM and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and re-schedule appointments via multiple channels.
• Interface with billing, marketing and human resources.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Attend to providers, attorneys, patients, and coworkers.
• Follow established processes and documentation standards.
