ChenMed is seeking a Care Facilitator to greet patients, check them in/out, and provide essential administrative support within our Columbus clinic. You will coordinate with PCPs and specialists, manage appointments and insurance verification, and support patient communication and follow-up.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, familiarity with EMR systems, and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a medical clinic or similar environment required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greets and assists patients, checks in/out, and schedules appointments.
• Screens care needs and directs patients to appropriate team members.
• Manages patient information, insurance verification, and copay collection.
• Coordinates with healthcare staff to ensure timely follow-up and referrals.
