ProHealth Physicians, part of UnitedHealth Group, has an immediate opening for a friendly Medical Receptionist. This full-time role supports the care team by greeting patients, checking in and out, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries. You'll use the EHR, balance payments, and maintain patient confidentiality.

The position may float to local practices. Schedule is 7:30am–5pm, Monday–Friday. Requirements: HS diploma and 1+ year receptionist or customer service experience; EPIC

Qualifications

• 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience.
• Intermediate level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients.
• Check out patients and manage scheduling.
• Answer calls and document details in EHR.
• Schedule appointments using standard protocols.
• Balance payments and deposits.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
