ProHealth Physicians in Marlborough CT is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our Family Medicine team. You will greet patients, check in and out, schedule appointments, answer calls, collect payments and maintain demographic information using the EHR.

This on-site, full-time role may require floating to local practices and offers a competitive benefits package. Hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $29.00, with standard Health, Dental, Vision and retirement benefits.

Competenze

High School Diploma or GED required.
1+ years of receptionist or customer service experience.
Intermediate level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

Conduct check-in and check-out process.
Answer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiries.
Conduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-up.
Schedule appointments using standard scheduling protocols.
Manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues.
Scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols.
Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information.
Provide coverage at other ProHealth locations on an ad hoc basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
