The role requires 1+ year in healthcare operations or equivalent, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems. The position is full-time at 110 E 60th Street, New York, NY, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in healthcare operations or related role.
• Experience in customer service or patient support preferred.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and act as main contact for clinicians and patients.
• Support telehealth access and patient portal issues.
• Process prior authorizations, lab orders, and records requests.
• Answer calls and provide medication-related information and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR.
