Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; Location: 6321 S Redwood Rd, SLC UT, with weekly travel to another local clinic. Benefits and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel 10% to other practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Greet patients and manage wait times.
• Process walk-ins and schedule appointments.
• Maintain medical records and EMR messages.
• Coordinate with back-office to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Support other areas as requested.
