The role requires strong communication, multitasking in a high-volume setting, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Training includes phlebotomy and basic clinical support as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Strong English reading/writing and comprehension.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service that aligns with Know Me, Love Me, Make it Easy, Keep Me Safe standards.
• Own patient experience by managing bookings and reminders.
• Verify insurance prior to appointments.
• Complete check-ins and collect copays/balances.
• Maintain patient flow and respond to calls promptly.
• Record vitals, allergies, and screenings after training.
• Assist with referrals, orders, and room readiness; maintain disinfection.
