Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of Healthcare reception related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• CPR desired, but not required.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients at the front desk in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify patient data for accuracy and completeness.
• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient EMR documentation.
• Direct patients, vendors, and visitors appropriately.
• Maintain waiting room environment and patient comfort.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
