Job summary

KP Recruiting Group is seeking compassionate Patient Case Managers to guide patients and families through personalized cancer vaccine development. You will coordinate medical records, timelines, and logistics while partnering with clinical and science teams.

The role emphasizes high-touch patient communication, nursing or clinical background, and experience with early-stage process-building. Hybrid work model, visa sponsorship considered, salary base $100K–$130K with equity up to 0.05%.

Qualifications

• 2–7 years of patient-facing or client-facing experience.
• Strong patient communication skills are essential.
• Nursing or clinical background and nurse navigator experience.
• GCP knowledge.
• Personalized/autologous therapy programs.
• Expanded-access programs.
• Experience building processes in an early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and physicians.
• Guide patients through eligibility, vaccine design, manufacturing, dosing, and follow-up.
• Coordinate medical records, tumor information, consent documentation, and eligibility requirements.
• Manage complex timelines and ensure cases move forward.
• Coordinate sample collection and shipping with physicians, labs, sequencing partners, and couriers.
• Track samples through results and analysis.
• Maintain confidential patient records and case trackers.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and elevate clinical questions.
• Help build and improve patient-management processes from scratch.
