Walker Cole International is seeking a Patient Case Manager to coordinate the end-to-end experience for oncology patients enrolled in personalized cancer vaccine programs. You will serve as the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, labs, and sponsors, ensuring timely enrollment, consent, data handling, and follow-up care.
You will guide patients through sign-up, manage medical records requests, and oversee sample logistics and communications with the clinical network.
Personalized cancer vaccines are moving from the lab into the clinic, and this company is helping to lead that shift. It's a young, venture-backed biotech with fresh funding. Its platform reads each patient's tumor biology, picks the mutations driving the disease, and designs a vaccine for that one person. The vaccine is then given in partnership with the patient's own oncologist. The company runs the whole service in-house, from first review through treatment and follow-up, and its clinical network is growing fast.
That's where you come in. Each patient's journey involves many people: the patient and their family, the treating physician, pathology labs, sequencing partners, manufacturing, and sometimes a separate sponsor-investigator. You'll be the one person who keeps all of it on track. You'll make sure the experience feels personal and well looked after for patients, and runs smoothly and on time for everyone else.
In your first few months, you'll learn the full vaccine program from both the company's side and the patient's. You'll take over communication and day-to-day management of patients already enrolled, set up patient trackers, and resolve any open actions or questions.
